LaVision congratulates Prof. Dr. Andreas Dreizler and Prof. Dr. Christof Schulz for receiving this years’ Leibniz-Prize for Combustion Research.

Germany's most prestigious research prize was granted to both researchers by the Joint Committee of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation).
On March, 12th 2014 Prof. Dr. Andreas Dreizler and Prof. Dr. Christof Schulz will receive the 2014 funding prize in the DFG’s Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Program in Berlin.
Andreas Dreizler and Christof Schulz are among the world's leading experimentally oriented combustion researchers. While working at different universities, they have made an eminent and complementary contribution, including joint publications, to the same field of research: quantitative laser diagnostics of reactive flows. They are sharing a Leibniz Prize in recognition of their work.
