RMA Procedure
If you need to return an item to LaVision please request an Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending it back. LaVision will provide the RMA form in return. Send the item including this RMA form. Note that LaVision will reserve the right to reject return shipments if you send items without RMA form.
Steps to send customer property back to LaVision
- Contact LaVision and ask for an RMA. This can be done using the web form below or also by phone or mail (see contact). Please provide the requested contact details, information on the item and the reason for return (usually a short description of the failure).
- LaVision will provide an RMA form including your contact details, the RMA number, information on the item and the reason for return.
- Check the information on the RMA form, print it, correct or add details manually (if necessary) and sign it.
- Put the RMA form into the box that is used to return the item.
- Send the item including the RMA form back to LaVision. If the information is complete and consistent the RMA will be processed quickly. LaVision will confirm the receipt within a few working days after arrival.
